Birth Records

Arizona Dept. of Health Services – Arizona Genealogy Birth and Death Records is a database of birth  and death certificate images that date are older than 75 years (birth) and fifty years (death) from the current year.  http://genealogy.az.gov/

For assistance locating family member records also consult the State Library of Arizona’s  Genealogy Collection.

For more current birth records you will need to visit the ADHS Office of Vital Records. Thier website contains information on how to request a certified copy of birth and or death records. http://azdhs.gov/vital-records/
